  • Returns without the original packaging or showing signs of use may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Personal care or hygiene products (if opened or used)

  • Any item damaged due to customer misuse

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, please contact us before sending the item back.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process.
